• Roger's Resort is open all year. Rates (in USD):

• Florida State Sales and Tourist Tax of 9% (combined) will apply.

• By “Submitting” the form, you (herein after also referred as Guest) are confirming that you have read and agreed to the rules and regulations listed below. Your reservation is subject to receipt of payment, the terms herein and with the understanding that you will adhere to the regulations of Roger’s Resort (herein after referred to as Roger’s Resort). Confirmation of your reservations will be provided upon required deposit payment.
• A non-refundable reservation deposit of 30% is required. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations closer that 60 days must be paid in full when booking is made.
• Outside guests are not permitted (daytime or overnight) without approval. If there is evidence of outside, non-registered guests, you will be charged $50/day guest.

Cancellations & Vacation Rental Insurance:

• Any charge or cancellation of reservation prior to original scheduled arrival will be subject to the loss of deposit and any advance payments. If the property is re-rented, you will receive a refund equal to the amount the property was re-rented at, minus a $150 service charge. If unable to re-rent the renter is responsible for the balance.
